These Terms explain the rules for using TopiClicks, including accounts, verification, trusted-device checks, monthly plans, credits, free trial limits, AI workflows, storage, and connected services.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of TopiClicks. By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a plan, claiming a free trial, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, connected services, devices, and all activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate account information, keep your email address current, protect your password and verification codes, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Account Closure
You may close your account from the product where available. Account closure disables future sign-ins and removes access to the account. We may retain billing records, payment confirmations, credit ledgers, abuse-prevention records, audit logs, and other information where needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes. Connected credentials that are no longer needed for the service may be removed during closure.
4. Email Verification and Sign-In Security
You may be required to verify your email address or enter a verification code before accessing certain features, signing in from a new device, or continuing after a trusted-device period expires. Verification codes are account security credentials and must not be shared. We may use browser storage, cookies, device identifiers, network signals, IP-related signals, user-agent signals, rate limits, and authentication history to recognize trusted devices and reduce account abuse.
5. Free Trial Access
Free trial access is limited and is not granted automatically when an account is created. You must verify your email and complete required security checks before claiming a free trial. Free trial credits may be limited by account, email address, device, network, browser storage, IP address, and other abuse-prevention signals. Attempting to bypass free limits by creating multiple accounts, clearing browser storage, refreshing, changing frontend values, using automated requests, or masking identity may result in blocked access, loss of credits, or account restriction.
6. Paid Plans, Credits, and Billing
TopiClicks offers monthly paid plans that include credits for eligible workflows. Prices may be displayed in one currency while checkout is processed through the currencies supported by the payment processor and your merchant account. Credits and plan status are added only after payment is confirmed. If a payment is successful but credits do not appear immediately, the account update may still be processing.
7. Plan Upgrades and Same-Plan Purchases
If you are already on an active paid plan, you may upgrade to a higher plan during the same monthly billing window. You may not purchase the same active plan again during that month. Same-plan purchase access becomes available again after the monthly window is complete. Downgrades or plan changes may be limited depending on account status, billing state, and available checkout options.
8. Credit Use, Deductions, and Refunds
Generation and research workflows may consume credits. Credit costs are calculated by TopiClicks and may vary by workflow. We may reserve or deduct credits before running a job. If a system issue prevents completion, we may refund credits when appropriate. Credits may not be refunded for invalid user input, policy violations, abuse, unavailable connected services, or user-requested actions that complete as submitted.
9. Acceptable Use
You may use TopiClicks for lawful keyword research, content planning, article drafting, exports, and publishing workflows. You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, spammy, automated, or unauthorized activity. You must not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, overload generation endpoints, resell access without permission, or use the service to violate the rights of others.
10. Your Content and Responsibility
You remain responsible for keywords, prompts, inputs, generated drafts, saved articles, uploaded files, stored files, exports, WordPress posts, and other materials you create, upload, save, store, or publish using TopiClicks. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit, upload, store, or publish. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication.
11. AI-Generated Content
TopiClicks uses automated systems to help generate research, outlines, drafts, and related content. Generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, unsupported claims, or wording that requires editing. You agree to independently review, fact-check, and approve generated content before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it.
12. Connected Services
If you connect WordPress or another third-party service, you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage that account or website. Actions taken through connected services, including publishing, updating, or deleting content, are your responsibility. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, rate limits, outages, and fees.
13. Security Checks and Abuse Prevention
We may use security checks, trusted-device checks, verification challenges, rate limits, account history, payment history, device signals, network signals, browser signals, and other safeguards to protect free and paid access. These checks help reduce fraud, duplicate free trials, fake plan access, double spending, excessive retries, unauthorized automation, and account abuse. We may block, limit, review, suspend, or terminate activity that appears abusive or unsafe.
14. Browser Storage, Cookies, and Sessions
TopiClicks uses browser storage, cookies, and similar technologies for authentication, trusted-device recognition, security checks, app preferences, workflow continuity, and basic product functionality. Clearing browser storage or using private browsing may remove trusted-device state, reset local workflow state, or require you to sign in or verify again. You must not tamper with local app state, tokens, cookies, or client-side values to gain credits, bypass billing, bypass security checks, or access another account.
15. Data Storage and Uploaded Files
App-managed files, generated media, uploads, blog assets, article assets, and related storage may be stored with our storage provider. Public assets may be visible where intentionally published, while private or user-specific files may require authenticated access or signed links. You must not upload malicious files, unlawful content, infringing content, or files designed to compromise the service or other users.
16. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue parts of TopiClicks at any time. Features, credit costs, included credits, plan names, pricing, providers, and integrations may change. We may update these Terms when the product, law, or business needs change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
17. No Professional Advice
TopiClicks is a content workflow tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, compliance, SEO guarantee, or other professional advice. You should seek professional advice where appropriate.
18. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopiClicks is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific rankings, traffic, revenue, publication outcomes, accuracy of generated content, perfect security, or availability of third-party integrations. We are not responsible for losses caused by your use of generated content, billing delays outside our control, third-party services, publishing decisions, unavailable integrations, account compromise caused by your failure to protect credentials, or information you choose to rely on without review.
