We also collect workflow information such as keywords, prompts, generated drafts, saved articles, exports, WordPress settings, app preferences, usage history, and actions you take in the product.
2. Billing and Payment Information
Payments are handled by a secure payment processor. We do not store full card numbers in TopiClicks. We may store payment-related account references, plan names, credits granted, payment status, and billing history so we can confirm purchases, add credits, prevent duplicate credit grants, resolve disputes, and show account status.
3. Security, Device, and Abuse-Prevention Data
To protect free trials, paid credits, and AI workflows, we may collect and process security signals such as device identifiers, network information, browser information, account identifiers, email address, sign-in method, verification results, request limits, run history, active job counts, and abuse signals. Where practical, we store these signals in a protected or shortened form rather than as plain raw values.
4. Cookies and Browser Storage
We use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and similar technologies for login, security checks, device recognition, theme preferences, guide completion, queued work, saved workflow state, and app functionality. Clearing browser storage may affect your experience and may require you to sign in again or repeat security checks.

We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, verify email status, provide AI workflows, save and restore work, process billing, grant and deduct credits, run security checks, prevent abuse, rate-limit requests, support WordPress and other integrations, improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, communicate service messages, and comply with legal or operational obligations.
6. AI Providers and Generated Workflows
When you run AI-powered workflows, relevant inputs and context may be processed so TopiClicks can return results. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information, confidential information, or content you do not have permission to process.
7. Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers that help operate TopiClicks, including providers for account login, data storage, payments, security checks, hosting, analytics, AI workflows, exports, and connected integrations. These providers process information for the purpose of delivering, improving, and protecting the service.
8. WordPress and Connected Integrations
If you connect WordPress or another third-party service, we use the credentials and settings you provide to test the connection and perform actions you request, such as publishing or updating content. Application passwords and similar credentials should be protected and are not meant to be displayed back to you in raw form after saving.
9. Account, Credit, and Activity Records
We maintain records for accounts, credits, usage, free trial claims, payment confirmations, and security reviews. These records help us calculate balances, prevent duplicate charges or credit grants, investigate suspicious activity, and maintain account history. Sensitive billing and credit records are updated only through protected account systems.

You may update settings in the app, disconnect integrations where available, clear browser storage, and request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information where required by applicable law. Some records may be retained where needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, audit logs, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide TopiClicks, maintain account and billing records, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support legitimate business purposes. Some browser data may remain on your device until you clear it.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information, including access controls, protected billing updates, protected credit updates, security checks, and request limits. No online service is completely secure, so you should protect your account credentials and connected service credentials.
13. International Processing
TopiClicks and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Data protection laws may differ by location, but we use service providers and safeguards intended to support secure operation of the product.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of TopiClicks after an update means the revised policy applies.
